21 Days hip health

This is a course with 21 short classes, ranging 15-25 minutes, where we dive into short practices of yoga mixed with FRC® techniques and some myofascial release. It aims to provide some tension release to the main parts that contribute to a tight hip but also, to show where people don’t move. It will show the muscles that are tight and the joints that aren’t working as they are supposed to.

Beside the body awareness that one will get after these 21 days, they will also learn basic tools that they can use on a regular basis, to improve their hip health.
