hip Movement Lab (21 Days hip health)

This course began as 21 short, focused classes—each between 15–25 minutes—designed to blend yoga, FRC®-based mobility work, and myofascial release. The goal? To relieve tension in the areas that contribute to tight hips, and to help you identify where your body isn’t moving well—highlighting tight muscles, underperforming joints, and imbalances in your movement patterns.

But it’s grown into so much more than a 21-day program. This is now a continuously evolving course—a living resource that blends yoga, mobility, and strength training in a way that supports your hips and your entire body. Whether you’re working on pain reduction, better movement, or long-term strength, this course adapts and expands with new practices rooted in science and designed for real life.

You won’t just gain body awareness—you’ll walk away with practical tools you can use again and again to support your hips and your overall freedom of movement for the long term.
