yin and restorative

This class has its foundation in Santosha, in the experience of unconditional happiness and achieving a state that allows us to find contentment. In this class we will cultivate contentment in your journey, your body.

This class can go from mellow flow, to restorative, yin yoga or self myofascial release, and it will slow down your heart rate, focusing on the release of mind-body tension and bringing the nervous system into a state of healing and blissful relaxation.

roll up model®

Developed by Jill Millers, this is a class of self myofascial release using specific myofascial balls. In this class we will roll away tension, improve mobility and increase body awareness. It’s a good method for pain management as it gently works throughout the fascia along our body.

no time for yoga

A short Vinyasa class that builds around Surya Namaskar (Sun salutations), that will energize your body in days where you don’t have time for more but you still want to move. It’s a dynamic flow to boost your energy up and will leave you with a sensation of peace within.
