Meet Ana Rita

With over 17 years of yoga practice, Ana Rita became a teacher in 2017, a mobility specialist in 2021, and a certified personal trainer in 2025. She blends yoga, anatomy, and biomechanics with joint-specific mobility training using Functional Range Conditioning® and Kinstretch®, integrating these methods into her strength and conditioning programs.

Passionate about helping women move better, get stronger and overcome pain, Ana Rita combines mobility, functional strength training, and yogic principles to create a holistic approach to health and aging.

Currently pursuing a menopause coaching certification, she is dedicated to empowering women with the knowledge and tools to feel strong, capable, and confident in their bodies.
