Meet Ana Rita

Ana Rita has more than 16 years of Yoga practice, becoming a teacher in 2017 and a mobility specialist in 2021. She teaches Yoga with emphasis on anatomy and biomechanics and she specializes in human movement enhancement through joint and mobility training with Functional Range Conditioning ® and Kinstretch® both training systems from Functional Range Systems ®.

She is passionate about helping people, especially women to move better and to overcome pain through specific mobility training, and by blending an ancient Yogic practice with mobility techniques making it a perfect holistic approach to overall body health, aging and sports performance.
